Self Destructing Mail:
One of the best features introduced by Gmail in the new update is self-destructing mail. This feature will let you send a mail with a set a timer on it. So, when the mail is opened by the receiver, the timer gets started and after the presented timer time, the Customer will not able to reach that mail.
To utilize this feature, you just have to click on the lock icon available at the bottom when an email is composed and there you go.
Send Pre-Set Replies:
Second best Gmail trick, If you are in a condition where you don’t want to send the very email response to different people mailed you, In that circumstance, you can use Gmail “Templates”.
You have to first allow the feature to work and then after, you have to create a common response template. To obtain it, go to Settings and then click on Advanced and then choose for Templates.
Use Gmail Offline:
Now on the third, we came up with offline mode, due to a new gmail update, it’s possible to use Gmail in offline mode. Although the real work will be done only while the device gets connected to the internet. If you turn on the offline mode, you can at least access Gmail, compose emails and save them. This option is available in Gmail in offline options.
Undo Send Email:
With the help of this feature, you can undo the send email. It can be particularly useful in situations when you have sent an mail that you were drafting, or if you sent the mail which should not be sent to others. Increasing the undo time from 5 seconds to 30 seconds gives you that some time to click on ‘Undo’ send and get the mail back inside your Inbox. This choice can be detected in the ‘Settings’ tab inside the general settings.
